Events
An important component of UCF's communication plan is face-to-face meetings with the local community. To date, seven homeowner associations have agreed to meet with UCF. The university has scheduled meetings with homeowners groups throughout March and April.

Two informal Community Information Sessions have been set, as well as two Board of Trustee meetings and a Community Forum. To encourage participation and to remind everyone of the events 25,000 postcards were mailed in March, April and July.

The UCF Board of Trustees will hold a workshop meeting from 1 to 4 p.m.
Wednesday, Dec. 14, at the Student Union to discuss financial details
for the planned on-campus football stadium.

April 26, 9 a.m.: Orange County Commission presentation of the UCF Master Plan at 201 S. Rosalind Avenue, Orlando.
April 21, 6-8 p.m.: Community Information Session to allow residents to view renderings and ask questions at Carillon Elementary School, 3200 Lockwood, Blvd., Oviedo. All are invited to attend—just drop by, look around and ask questions at your leisure.
April 16: Display and representatives available at Taste of Oviedo in downtown Oviedo.
April 14: UCF Board of Trustees will hold meeting at the Student Union to vote on proposed stadium.
April 13: Community Information Session to allow residents to view stadium renderings and ask questions at Lawton Chiles Middle School, Oviedo.
April 12: Riverwalk Homeowners' Association meeting at UCF.
April 11: Community Forum at the Student Union to present feasibility study and hear comments. UCF Board of Trustees scheduled to attend.
